Cynthia Emrich
Duke Corporate Education Managing Director

Designs and delivers educational experiences for clients including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Booz Allen Hamilton, Verizon and Merck.  Before joining Duke CE, she did leadership and executive development programs at The College of William and Mary and Purdue University.  Her research on executive leadership has been featured in Harvard Business Review, US News & World Report, The Guardian (UK), Veja (Brazil) and other national and international publications such as Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of Applied Psychology, Leadership Quarterly, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and American Psychologist. Cynthia earned both her Ph.D. and master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Rice University, and her honors B.A. (cum laude) from the University of South Florida.
