William A. Schiemann
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Metrus Group a management consulting firm specializing in the human factors of merger evaluation and integration, strategic performance measurement, leadership evaluation and employee alignment.  Dr. Schiemann and his colleagues consult with many corporations and investment houses on cultural due diligence, leadership alignment, values, the development of integrated strategies, workforce alignment with the business strategy, and customer impact of merger activity.  Dr. Schiemann and his firm are known for their pioneering work in performance measurement, especially as it applies to mergers and acquisitions. William Schiemann is co-author of Bullseye!  Hitting Your Strategic Targets Through High-Impact Measurement, and has written dozens of articles for business publications. Dr. Schiemann received a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois, and an MBA from the Stuart School at Illinois Institute of Technology.
