In a world of relentless change, how can organizations ensure alignment between culture and business strategy? Three experienced practitioners will share war stories and best practices, drawing the audience into a discussion of what has worked – and what hasn’t – in integrating disparate groups brought together by M&A, restructuring and other critical shifts in the business. Join us as our panelists address these and other questions:
- Why is cultural alignment so important? What about local custom and preserving brand equity?
- What challenges have you faced in aligning culture and strategy?
- What methods, tools or approaches have led to success?
- What have you learned in the many integrations you’ve overseen? What mistakes can we avoid making?
- Can culture actually be changed?
