Bryan W. Mattimore is cofounder and “Chief Idea Guy” of the Growth Engine Company, a seventeen-year old innovation agency based in Norwalk, Connecticut.
Bryan has facilitated a thousand brainstorming sessions, moderated five hundred creative focus groups, and managed over two hundred successful innovation projects, leading to $3 billion in new sales for a wide variety of Fortune 500 clients including Kraft, Unilever, Ford, Merck, and Pepsi.
A cum laude graduate of Dartmouth, and a three-time author of best-selling ideation and innovation books, his newest book is 21 Days to a Big Idea (Diversion Books). “21 Days” was written in response to a request by a professor of entrepreneurship at Columbia Business School to help his students create more and better “big ideas” for their entrepreneurial ventures. His previous book, Idea Stormers, How to Lead and Inspire Creative Breakthroughs (Wiley Jossey-Bass) was written to help corporate innovation teams achieve higher success rates with their corporate growth initiatives.
