People-Centric Organizations
Ann Rhodes will share her creative approach to developing unique cultures and her firsthand experiences in launching successful start-up companies by creating a legacy of people-centric organizations.
Ann has spent her career building people-centric organizations. A self-described "rule breaker,” Ann is adamant about standing up for what she believes in, regardless of the consequences. Her candor around the mistakes she’s made and the lessons she’s learned is the driving force behind her desire to inspire organizations to build sustainable cultures based on values, select and retain "A” players and treat employees fairly, not equally. Leave this session ready to deliver extraordinary customer-centric service levels that will take your organization from good to great!
