Emily Dancyger-King runs Leadership and Executive Development at Citi and is responsible for the strategy, design, development and delivery of the company’s global leadership and executive development initiatives. In this role, Emily has been instrumental in moving Citi to a single, company-wide leadership development platform for employees in over 100 countries.   Emily holds seats on both the Talent Management and Performance Management Councils at Citi and frequently contributes to organizational development initiatives at the executive level.

Emily has sixteen years of experience in the field of talent management, high potential development, organization development, executive development and leadership development. She has spent the last seven years at Citi.  She is also an executive coach at the firm and enjoys working with senior leaders globally to accelerate their development.

When she was the Director of Executive Development at Citi, Emily created and implemented executive development programs for the top 1% of Citi’s leaders. During this period, she introduced executive coaching to the firm, building and deploying a cadre of internal and external coaches to accelerate the development of Citi’s senior most leaders. Prior to joining Citi, Emily held a variety of leadership positions in the retail, marketing and communications industries.

Raised in Toronto, Emily earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Western Ontario and her Master’s degree from New York University.
