 As IBM’s business has changed, Steve Bartomioli and his team have redesigned its leadership competency model and programs to provide the company with the leadership and culture it needs to support its business strategy. Participants will engage in dialogue about organizational best practices and measurable impact.

Steve has responsibility for the development and deployment of IBM’s leadership development programs. This includes a comprehensive set of programs to help leaders transition into new roles and to support the development of leaders who will assume critical leadership roles. Prior to his current role, Steve led a major sales learning program, focused on the development of IBM Software Group’s global sales team, including key business partners. Working on a corporate special assignment, Steve led the effort to define IBM’s cross-business unit sales methodology. Earlier in his career, Steve held various leadership positions in sales, sales operations and consulting & systems integration, working with clients in several industries, including the financial services, process, insurance and distribution sectors.
