Kay is a senior human resource executive with extensive experience in managing multiple HR disciplines, and in the planning and implementation of organizational and culture changes.
Her strong business background includes over thirty years in AXA Equitable, a large complex global corporate environment, where she was responsible for Compensation, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Learning and Development, and Employee Engagement for both the Information Technology and Customer Services organizations. She also had key roles in managing the changes driven by mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.
Kay also has over ten years in leadership roles in Human Resources People & Strategy (HRPS), the pre-eminent global and strategic organization of senior Human Resource executives and professionals. She is a past President/Board Chair of HRPS and has Co-Chaired two annual conferences. She is currently Co-Chair of the International Committee and the Program Chair Coordinator for the North American Affiliates. She has been on the Board of Directors of the New York Human Resource Planning Society (NYHRPS) since 2007 and currently serves as its Co-President.
She is certified in administering and interpreting the Hogan personality based inventories, and is a certified Career Transition Associate with Lee Hecht Harrison
