Francine Smilen

Francine Smilen has over 25 years of experience in HR consulting, business development and training and organizational development.  She has served as both an internal Training professional and an external consultant, in both the public and private sectors. She has been a Partner with the Advantage Performance Group since 2002. Prior to joining APG, Francine worked at Zenger-Miller (now AchieveGlobal) for 18 years. She certified trainers in the effective delivery and implementation of ZM programs, led the NorthEast training team, and did business development. Francine has also worked in diversity, back up child care, and technology companies; but her first love is learning and organizational development.
