Chuck specializes in coaching and consulting with senior managers who require change in their personal performance and organizational results. For 15 years, he has coached executives who need strong leadership, critical teambuilding, creative strategic planning, and persuasive communication skills.  Chuck held the positions of senior vice president of human resources in KMC Telecom, director of partner development at KPMG, LLC, and manager of management education with Dun & Bradstreet Corporation.  His career as human resources generalist and human capital specialist includes establishing large-scale organizational start-ups, institutionalizing widely accepted performance management systems, developing long-lasting recruiting & retention strategies, and introducing innovative learning & development applications. 


He has an MA in Human Resource Development from George Washington University and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
