Maureen Kelly has over two decades of experience working with Fortune 500 companies as an executive leader, management consultant and coach, with particular expertise in guiding change initiatives in technology organizations. As Performance of a Lifetime's Managing Partner, she oversees the recruitment and development of a global team of executive coaches, facilitators and designers.
Maureen earned her BS in Finance and International Relations from the University of Delaware and an MA in Organizational Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University. She completed her post-graduate studies and clinical work in psychology at the East Side Institute for Group and Short Term Psychotherapy.

Brian Saluzzo is a member of American Express’s Global Management Team. As EVP Global Infrastructure & Digital Workplace and Unit CIO, Global Merchant & Network Services, Brian leads the team responsible for end-to-end product management, operational support and infrastructure risk management, including data center, cloud and end user technologies. He has oversight for vendor management supporting infrastructure, as well as joint oversight of IT-related supplier sourcing.
Brian joined American Express from Goldman Sachs. There, as Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Technology Infrastructure, he led data strategies, including big data, storage tiering, infrastructure risk management, mobile/bring-your-own-device and workplace infrastructure design, overseeing a global team of 2,500 and an annual IT spend of more than $1 billion.
Brian began his career at NCR Corporation (at the time, a division of AT&T). He holds dual degrees in computer science and mathematics from the State University of New York's College at Geneseo, where he remains active, serving on the board for the Geneseo Foundation. In addition, Brian is on the boards of the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council (LMCC) and of Out on the Street, a leadership and networking organization for LGBT senior leaders in financial services. He and his partner live in New Jersey with their two daughters.
