HR GOES AGILE

In 2018, Peter Cappelli and Anna Tavis wrote in Harvard Business Review "Agile isn't just for tech anymore, now it's transforming how organizations hire, develop, and manage their people." By 2019, Agile has often become a jumping off place to broader organizational transformation. In this session we will explore the agile HR journey, what has changed, what has not,  where mistakes have been made and the lessons learned.

Check out Peter's and Anna's article before you join us for this event: https://hbr.org/2018/03/the-new-rules-of-talent-management.
