Chief Human Resources Officer
Maryjo Charbonnier is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Wolters Kluwer starting January 2015. She is responsible for the design and implementation of all human resources strategies, policies, and processes throughout the corporation.
Prior to Wolters Kluwer Maryjo served as Corporate Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Broadridge Financial Solutions, the leading provider of investor communications and technology-driven solutions for wealth management, asset management, and capital markets firms with 6,700 associates, for seven years. During her leadership, Broadridge achieved recognition as an employer of choice around the world. Previously, Maryjo spent thirteen years at PepsiCo, a global food and beverages company, where she held positions of increasing responsibility in Human Resources. Her last role there was the Vice President of Talent Management for PepsiCo Foods Americas with annual revenues of $35 billion employing more than 160,000 people. During her tenure at PepsiCo, Maryjo lead HR teams in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Maryjo earned her BA at Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. and received her MBA at the Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
