HR at the Tipping Point Presentation

In this session, John Boudreau & Ian Ziskin will share the results of John’s ongoing research into the trends that will shape the future of HR and work, and the responses of the HR profession to those trends. They will draw upon a new global survey of HR leaders at the Center for Effective Organizations, the CHREATE global consortium on the future of HR, emerging evidence about the boundaryless work ecosystem beyond employment, and emerging approaches to human capital risk and measurement.

Questions addressed include:

  • What forces and trends are most affecting the evolution of work and HR?
  • What progress are global HR leaders and HR functions making in areas such as strategic partnership, decision support, and analytics?
  • What future roles, operating models and relationships with constituents characterize emerging HR leadership?
  • How can organizations approach human capital risk and measurement to address an increasingly uncertain future?
  • How are leading organizations incorporating a boundaryless global work ecosystem into their strategic workforce planning?

Ian will be presenting in person and John will be joining us virtually.
