|Vice President, Membership - Kristen Marola|
Kristen Marola has served as the Senior Human Resources Executive across a broad range of industries. She began her Human Resources career working at The Walt Disney Company where she supported the internet technology business. She next continued in the technology space, working at Infovista a French based company. Ms. Marola was recruited to Moët Hennessy where she held the title of Director of Human Resources. She then went to work at Dewey & Leboeuf a $1B global law firm. Ms. Marola was again recruited to Interpublic Group a leading Media & Advertising company where she held the title of Vice President, Human Resources. Ms. Marola is currently Head of Human Resources for a Technology empowered Investment Management company, Man Group where she oversees the US HR function, including support for their expansion initiatives. Man Group is comprised of 1,500 employees and they hold$100B+ Assets Under Management.
Ms. Marola has served as a Board of Director for her Co-Op in New York City. She has also been on the membership committee for New York Human Resources People & Strategy, now on her second term. She has also volunteered for organizations such as the Taproot Foundation. Ms. Marola has also been a member of the Society for Human Resources since she began her career in 1999.
Ms. Marola holds a B.A. degree from St. Michaels College in Psychology with a minor in Gender Studies, and a Masters Degree from New York University in Human Resources Management and Development.
