|Vice President, Marketing - Michelle Turchin|
Michelle Turchin heads learning and talent management at the Wildlife Conservation Society, a global conservation non-profit headquartered at the Bronx Zoo with 4,000 employees worldwide. In her role, Michelle and her team are responsible for leadership and employee development, performance management, succession planning, and career development. She also plays a key role in co-leading WCS’s diversity and inclusion effort.
Prior to joining WCS, Michelle held human resources management roles at Teach For America and training and development roles in the corporate sector. Michelle received an MBA from Boston University and a BA from Tufts University, and she has been a presenter or panelist at multiple industry conferences. An NYHRPS Board member since 2018, Michelle is a co-chair of the Marketing Committee.
