|Director - Susan Steele|
Known for pioneering the use of AI and automation in the HR and talent domains, Susan previously led IBM’s global HR Reinvention consulting practice which transformed the HR functions of IBM clients. Susan’s background prior to IBM includes C-Suite HR roles at WPP, Deloitte and global law firm, Linklaters. The first part of her career was spent in investment banking in London.
Susan is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, London Business School and the Tavistock Institute. She serves on the Advisory Board of Open Classrooms, a French ed-tech start-up, as well as on the New York HR People & Strategy board and the Board of Advisors at Carnegie Mellon University.
