Darin Wiechmann heads the colleague listening team at American Express. Darin’s team leads the global colleague experience survey program as well as several other listening channels to gain insights into the experience of colleagues at Amex. Darin joined American Express in January 2019.
Prior to Amex, Darin’s previous experience was most recently at Marsh & McLennan as a leader in the Talent, Learning and Diversity space. Prior to that he worked at Bank of America in Leadership Development, Northwell Health in Talent Management, and Bristol-Myers Squibb in a variety of roles across the organization.
Darin received a Ph.D. and M.A. in I/O Psychology from Michigan State and a BS in Psychology from Duke University.
