INTRODUCING: NYHRPS PEER CIRCLES
New and Unique Opportunity to Connect and Learn from Experienced Peers
Get involved in the pilot of a new NYHRPS program Peer Circles.
Facilitate small groups of NYHRPS members who learn from each other's expertise, are challenged to think differently, and incorporate new thoughts and ideas into their work.
Executives with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience.
Interested members should submit a brief application, which is at the bottom of this page, by October 31st. Peer Circle leaders will determine group membership based on applicant interest and to ensure a balance of tenures, professions, and experience.
Peer Circles will meet monthly from January to June.
Groups will be organized around broad topic areas based on applicant interest. Topic areas may include areas such as organizational development, HR strategy, design thinking, and talent management. The focus will be on the future direction, innovation, and best practices in these categories.
Meeting locations will be determined based on applicant location.
Peer Circles are free to NYHRPS members.
